Hudson Williams made a striking appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday night, bringing plenty of sparkle to the red carpet for the premiere of his upcoming series Yaga.
The 25-year-old Heated Rivalry star arrived wearing nearly 80 carats of diamonds from Bulgari’s iconic Serpenti High Jewelry collection, adding an equally eye-catching diamond grill to his look. The combination of luxury jewelry and bold Nigerian fashion label Orange Culture created one of the night’s most distinctive red-carpet ensembles.
Williams centered his jewelry look around a Bulgari High Jewelry Serpenti necklace. Crafted in white gold, the dramatic snake-inspired design features two pear-cut diamonds serving as the serpent’s eyes, while the rest of the piece is covered in pavé diamonds. A similar Bulgari Serpenti necklace has been listed for approximately $525,000 on the luxury resale platform 1stDibs, although Bulgari lists pricing for Williams’ specific piece as available upon request.
The actor continued the Serpenti theme with a pair of High Jewelry earrings in yellow and white gold. The earrings feature 36 marquise-cut diamonds, additional pavé diamonds and four pear-cut rubies, with two rubies placed in each ear. A similar pair has previously been listed at approximately 100,000 euros, or around $115,000, although the exact value of the earrings worn by Williams has not been publicly disclosed by Bulgari.
Williams also wore a matching Serpenti ring. Unlike the high-jewelry pieces whose prices are available upon request, the ring is available to purchase online for $59,000. It features emerald eyes and 3.58 carats of pavé diamonds, adding another layer of sparkle to the actor’s red-carpet styling.
The jewelry was complemented by an especially customized accessory: a diamond grill created by jeweler Christy Cash. The piece covers Williams’ top incisors and canines in pavé diamonds, giving the otherwise classic luxury jewelry look a more contemporary edge.
This is not the first time Cash has created a custom grill for Williams. The jeweler previously designed the actor’s look for a Met Gala after-party in May. That white-gold, opal and diamond creation featured a tiny Venus de Milo sculpture, serving as a playful artistic reference to the museum setting surrounding the event.
For the Yaga premiere, Williams kept the rest of his outfit equally distinctive. He wore a head-to-toe look from Nigerian fashion brand Orange Culture, beginning with the label’s black lapel-less Sap blazer. The $409 blazer was paired with matching $205 trousers, creating a streamlined black base for the more dramatic red elements of the outfit.
Williams added a red chiffon Sunfade shirt, priced at $184, featuring a floor-skimming train that extended behind him on the red carpet. He finished the ensemble with Orange Culture’s red Fly faux-leather mules, which retail for $164.
The actor’s complete look was styled by Anastasia Walker, while Aika Flores handled his grooming.
Williams’ appearance comes as his profile continues to rise following the success of Heated Rivalry. In Yaga, a modern adaptation of the Baba Yaga folk legend, he stars alongside Carrie-Anne Moss and Noah Reid. Williams plays a missing fishery heir in the Crave series, which is scheduled to premiere October 23 in Canada and on AMC+ in the United States.
At the same time, Williams is preparing for the next chapter of Heated Rivalry. He is currently filming Season 2 of the popular hockey romance series, in which he stars alongside Connor Storrie.
With its combination of high jewelry, custom accessories and fashion-forward tailoring, Williams’ TIFF appearance offered a polished reflection of his increasingly prominent presence in entertainment and fashion. The Bulgari Serpenti pieces provided the luxury centerpiece, while the diamond grill and Orange Culture ensemble gave the look a distinctly modern and individual finish.
